I picked up "Silver Wire Fusing" over the weekend and I'm so excited! I've wanted to move on to metalsmithing but with a small child in the house, I wasn't particularly excited about the pickling process. By using fine silver, I can skip the pickling all together!
The directions were very clear and the book very well illustrated (I also have "Getting Started Making Wire Jewelry" from Interweave Press so I knew what to expect) though I wasn't head-over-heels in love with all the projects.
I've yet to attempt my newfound skills but I'm looking forward to adding to my repertoire!
